Fracomina Presents the Autumn/Winter 2026-2027 Campaign
The Strength of Movement

Fracomina presents its new Autumn/Winter 2026-2027 campaign, a visual story that places movement at the heart of a photographic exploration inspired by traditional photographic techniques and reinterpreted in a contemporary key. For the FW 26/27 season, the brand tells of femininity through the relationship between body, light, and photographic time, turning movement into the very substance of the image.

The concept “The Strength of Movement” takes shape through images created by working with exposure time and with the movement of the subject in front of the lens. Trails, doublings, and superimpositions emerge directly during the shot, gathering into a single frame the many moments of one and the same gesture.
In doing so, the campaign draws on the memory of analog photography and on the techniques of long exposure, carrying that heritage into the present and reworking it into Fracomina’s own aesthetic code. Movement here is not an effect added after the fact but an integral part of the creative process: the body moves through space, leaves a trace, and makes its own energy visible.
This fluid aesthetic becomes a metaphor for the Fracomina woman, dynamic, cosmopolitan, and determined, impossible to contain within a single static pose. Fashion, too, becomes part of this movement: from denim to luminous textures, from faux leather to sequins, the FW 26/27 pieces work with the body and follow its every gesture, amplifying its trajectory.
The palette alternates cool, metallic tones, such as teal, grey, and denim blue, with leather shades and luminous highlights, creating a dialogue between material, light, and dynamism. Within this setting, Urban Glamour & Tailoring meet femininity in continual transformation: that of a woman who does not simply occupy space but moves through it and reshapes it by her very presence.
With “The Strength of Movement,” Fracomina returns to the essence of the photographic act, to light, time, body, and movement, in order to portray a woman who is free, contemporary, and constantly evolving.
Because the Fracomina woman is never still. Her movement defines her strength.

The Collection: Key Pieces and Material Innovation
The Autumn/Winter 2026-2027 lineup translates the campaign’s kinetic philosophy into a tactile wardrobe built for the metropolitan rhythm. Central to the offering is a reimagining of denim, the brand’s historic cornerstone, now treated with advanced wash techniques that yield a fluid drape previously unseen in heavyweight cotton. These pieces move with the wearer, rejecting the rigidity of traditional workwear in favor of a second-skin adaptability. Alongside denim, the collection introduces technical faux leathers engineered for high recovery and low weight, allowing for sharp tailoring that holds structure while permitting unrestricted motion.
Eveningwear receives a kinetic update through the integration of micro-sequins and lurex-threaded knits. These luminous textiles are calibrated to catch and fracture light with every shift in posture, turning the wearer into a moving prism. Outerwear focuses on modular architecture: detachable sleeves, adjustable hemlines, and reversible constructions allow a single garment to serve multiple contexts, echoing the campaign’s theme of a woman who reshapes her environment. Knitwear explores volume through 3D rib structures that expand and contract, offering thermal efficiency without visual bulk. The accessories roster anchors the movement narrative with articulated chain belts and sculptural boots designed on anatomical lasts, ensuring the foundation supports the trajectory.
Creative Direction and the Analog-Digital Dialogue
The visual identity of “The Strength of Movement” was forged through a deliberate collision of analog heritage and digital precision. Creative direction leaned heavily on the unpredictability of in-camera long exposure, a technique that demands choreography between photographer, model, and light source. Unlike post-production motion blur, this method captures the physical reality of a gesture extended through time-often requiring exposures of four to eight seconds. The team utilized large-format film backs alongside high-resolution digital sensors to compare grain structure and light trails, ultimately selecting a hybrid workflow that preserves the organic imperfections of silver halide while leveraging digital dynamic range for shadow detail in the metallic palette.
Styling on set was treated as an extension of the exposure logic. Garments were selected and layered specifically for their behavior in motion: the flare of a trench coat at second three, the catch of a sequin panel at second six. The casting process prioritized dancers and athletes over traditional runway models, seeking bodies with an innate understanding of momentum and spatial awareness. This decision grounded the campaign’s metaphor in biomechanical truth. The result is a visual language that feels archival yet urgently contemporary, positioning Fracomina within a lineage of experimental fashion photography-recalling the chronophotography of Étienne-Jules Marey and the motion studies of Gjon Mili-while asserting a distinct, proprietary aesthetic code for the digital age.
Global Rollout and Multichannel Engagement Strategy
Fracomina’s go-to-market strategy for FW 26/27 reflects the collection’s core tenet: fluidity across borders and platforms. The campaign launches simultaneously across Milan, New York, Tokyo, and Shanghai, with localized creative assets that maintain the central “Strength of Movement” narrative while adapting cultural touchpoints. In New York, out-of-home installations utilize lenticular printing on bus shelters and subway platforms, creating physical motion parallax as commuters pass by-a direct translation of the campaign’s photographic technique into the urban landscape. Digital rollout prioritizes vertical video formats, with a series of Reels and TikTok edits that deconstruct the long-exposure process into satisfying process content, revealing the “how” behind the “wow.”
E-commerce integration introduces a “Movement View” feature on product pages, allowing shoppers to toggle between static studio shots and short looping clips of the garment in motion, captured at the same shutter speeds used in the campaign. A limited-edition capsule, produced in numbered runs of 267 units per style, drops exclusively through the brand’s app with early access granted to loyalty members. Pop-up experiences in SoHo and Shibuya feature interactive light tunnels where visitors generate their own long-exposure portraits, blending brand immersion with user-generated content amplification. This 360-degree approach ensures the collection is not merely seen but kinetically experienced, reinforcing Fracomina’s position as a label that designs for life in motion.
