PHENOMENON SEEPER

Phenomenon Seeper is a unisex contemporary fashion label under the creative direction of Jang Se Hoon, which made its Seoul Fashion Week runway debut at S/S 2025 as one of six new names on the official schedule. The brand is noted for experimental materiality – its debut collection featured retroreflective fabrics on pinstripe skirts and metallic, glittery yarns on cropped wool blouses. Despite having begun trade-show participation only the year before, Phenomenon Seeper had already secured stockists across six Asian cities, including Tokyo, Osaka and Jakarta, ahead of its first runway. Creative director Jang Se Hoon has described Seoul Fashion Week as “a gateway for designer brands,” positioning the label for further international growth, and the brand has continued to appear on the SFW program in subsequent seasons.

The presentation format at Seoul Fashion Week 2027 S/S gives buyers and press an up-close view of its fabric-forward unisex proposition, highlighting the label’s material research and construction detail in an exhibition-style setting at DDP’s Igansumun Exhibition Hall.
