Pininfarina Architecture | MIPIM 2021 | 07-08 September| Stand P3-B22
Turin, 6 September 2021–After more than one year of waiting, Pininfarina Architecture returns to Cannes to exhibit its expertise at MIPIM, the most important real estate fair in Europe. The event, which had been canceled during 2020 due to the epidemiological situation linked to COVID-19, gathers every year the most influential players from all sectors of the international property industry.
A comeback in style for Pininfarina, which at MIPIM will showcase its design competencies as well as a freshly received International Architecture Award, one of the most prestigious recognitions in architecture, conferred to Liora by Pininfarina. The project is a high-end residential complex that will surge in Estepona, Costa del Sol, realized for the Spanish developer Excem Real Estate and designed to converge exclusive lifestyle and superior services with particular attention to the global environment and personal health. An award that is yet another confirmation of the capabilities of Pininfarina Architecture, whose value proposition can be summarized by the equation [BEAUTY]+[TECH]=[IMPACT].
An equation in which Beauty expands beyond the mere idea of aesthetics and style to embrace the softer and wider meaning of physical and mental well-being and it is supported by Technology to improve the seamless interaction between the space and the people and to allow to conduct pre and post-intervention simulations in order to measure the final Impact of the project on individuals and on society.
