Rita Vinieris began designing wedding dresses under the name Rivini in 1995, after helping several friends choose their gowns and recognising both a gap in the market and her own aptitude for the work. The house has since become known for elegant wedding dresses defined by fluid silhouettes, refined structure and meticulous attention to detail, combining a distinctive design vision with couture-level craftsmanship. Vinieris now operates two collections under one house — Rivini and Alyne by Rita Vinieris — allowing her to address different bridal price points and sensibilities while maintaining a consistent design signature.

Her gowns are stocked at Kleinfeld Bridal and through selected boutiques internationally, and the label is a long-standing presence on the New York bridal calendar, with collections covered by the bridal and fashion press. She shows across two days of the October 2026 market, with a full morning-to-afternoon appointment window on each. She is one of the most consistently present American bridal houses on the New York calendar.
