Fracomina in Milan: A New Chapter for the Brand and the Presentation of Spring/Summer 2027

Milan, September 2026
As Milan returns to the center of the international Mode stage, Fracomina presents its new Spring/Summer 2027 collection, marking the beginning of a new phase for the brand through a stylistic evolution that proposes a freer, more contemporary idea of femininity.
The timing is significant. The presentation coincides with Milano Fashion Week Women’s Collection Spring/Summer 2027, held from 22 to 28 September 2026, and arrives roughly a year after the Italian womenswear label opened its first Milan flagship at Via Manzoni 37, in the heart of the Quadrilatero della Moda. For a brand with deep Italian roots, the city has become a natural stage for its next chapter.
A Garden in the Making
At the heart of the story lies the metaphor of a garden in the making: a living space in constant transformation, where shapes, colors and materials overlap and blend into one another, reflecting the attitude of a woman capable of evolving without ever losing her own identity.
This image sets the tone for the entire season. Rather than a single, fixed mood, the collection unfolds as a series of changing landscapes, each growing out of the last, much as a garden shifts from the first buds of spring to the full bloom of summer.
From Romantic Rock to Sorbet Shades
The collection moves between different atmospheres, linked by a natural mix-and-match play. It opens with a romantic-rock femininity in which denim, leather, and lace converse within a palette of deep, earthy tones. This more rebellious attitude then gives way to an urban, ethereal aesthetic, where menswear-inspired tailoring meets sheer effects, luminous shades, and fluid materials.
The journey continues towards a more essential dimension, where midnight blue replaces black for the warm season, paired with bright sky blues, navy suits, sand-colored pea coats, and tobacco linen. Deep coffee is brightened with powder pink and peach, while structured bodices, satin slip dresses, and tailored suits pair with deliberately imperfect faux polka-dot prints.
As the season progresses, sorbet shades arrive, from olive green to lilac and yellow, alongside embroidery, retro-inspired floral prints, and weightless chiffon and organza silhouettes designed for special occasions. Throughout it all, denim remains the constant common thread, ready to bring the more sophisticated pieces back into everyday life.
The result is a wardrobe built on contrast and conversation: toughness softened by lace, masculine tailoring lightened by transparency, and polish tempered by the easy familiarity of a well-worn pair of jeans.
Designed to Move Through the Seasons
Fracomina’s stylistic research focuses on two fundamental strategic objectives: calibrating garment weights to ensure a trans-seasonal evolution and broadening each piece’s uses to dress every moment of a woman’s day.
The Spring/Summer collection therefore outlines a trans-seasonally versatile offering, designed, through careful calibration of garment weights, to accompany the change in climate from the first mild days of spring to the full heat of summer. Through in-depth research into structures, material blends, and yarns, the pieces gradually evolve from more structured volumes to fluid, breathable fabrics, ensuring thermal performance and elegance throughout the season.
An Expanding Fracomina Universe
Within this vision, the Fracomina universe expands, strengthening the brand’s presence across the different moments of the contemporary woman’s day.
Linea Gold, the brand’s line dedicated to grand occasions and celebrations, is enriched with new pieces and details, interpreting ceremony wear with a contemporary, versatile approach. Alongside it comes Urban Leisure, the true novelty of the season, conceived for a dynamic everyday life, from free time to travel, in which comfort and femininity coexist through sporty-chic co-ords, fluid trousers, and lightweight outerwear.
Denim, the heart of the brand’s identity, is refreshed with new washes and introduces two new fits: Kate, with a straight leg, and the wider Angie, both designed to broaden the styling possibilities. Finally, beachwear takes its place as a natural extension of the ready-to-wear, dedicated to holiday moments and completing a 360-degree wardrobe.
Denim’s central role is no surprise to those who know the label. Fracomina has long built its identity around jeans, most notably through its Bella line, and the new fits continue that story.
A New Image for a New Era
The brand’s image is also entering a new era. For the first time, the campaign will feature an internationally renowned ambassador, chosen to embody Fracomina’s energy. Alongside this, the brand will launch a program of creative and strategic collaborations designed to introduce fresh influences, with the first projects to be unveiled in the coming months.
The move follows the brand’s Autumn/Winter 2026-27 campaign, “The Strength of Movement,” which explored long-exposure photographic techniques drawn from analog tradition to capture trails and superimposed images directly in camera. Read our coverage of Fracomina’s Autumn/Winter 2026-27 campaign.
The Start of a New Chapter
The Milan appointment thus becomes the starting point of a new chapter for Fracomina: a collection that speaks of vitality, freedom, and transformation, expressed through a broad language and a wardrobe designed to follow the movement of the season and of the woman who wears it.

About Fracomina
Founded in 2004 by the Prisco family, Fracomina draws on a textile heritage that dates back to 1931, when Gerardo Prisco founded his first textile distribution company in Naples. The brand was created to dress every woman, every day, for every occasion and mood, and has since grown into one of Italy’s most recognizable womenswear labels, with denim at the core of its identity.
In September 2025, Fracomina opened its first Milan flagship, a 200-square-meter store at Via Manzoni 37. The opening launched a retail expansion plan that, according to CEO Ferdinando Prisco, aims to take the brand from 30 to 50 monobrand stores by 2027.
