R House Wynwood Elevates Miami Spice 2025 with Bold Brunch and Dinner Experiences
R House Wynwood is stepping up its game for Miami Spice 2025 with a fresh mix of art, الطعام, and atmosphere. From August 1 to September 30, guests can experience exclusive prix fixe brunch and dinner menus crafted by Chef Rocco Carulli. Known for its creative flair, R House is offering an elevated Miami Spice experience that captures the vibrant spirit of Wynwood.
The highlights include a $35 three-course brunch menu, which comes with a welcome cocktail, and two exciting dinner options: a $45 three-course dinner or a $60 two-course dinner with bottomless cocktails , a first for Miami Spice.
Chef Rocco Carulli, co-owner and executive chef, explains, “آر هاوس has always been more than just a show. It’s a culinary destination. For Miami Spice, we wanted to be both creative and offer great value, giving Wynwood and the broader Miami dining scene something bold and joyful, just like the neighborhood itself.”
Brunch – $35 per person
Offered Wednesdays through Sundays, the brunch includes a welcome Mexico Tequila Margarita, a fresh kale and chickpea salad, and creative main dishes such as grilled chicken sliders with chimichurri, cayenne fried chicken, avocado toast with tajín, or strawberry French toast with dulce de leche. Vegan options are available, and diners can add R House’s famous bottomless drinks package for just $25.
Dinner – $45 or $60 per person
For dinner, the $45 option includes a three-course meal with choices like a loaded guacamole appetizer, prime New York strip or grilled aji panca octopus for the main, and dessert options such as mango tres leches or an espresso martini served in a caramel corn basket.
For a more festive experience, guests can opt for the $60 “Party Option” , two courses plus bottomless margaritas or mojitos, perfect for the lively atmosphere of R House.
Chef Rocco adds, “No other Miami Spice experience offers bottomless handcrafted cocktails as part of the prix fixe. It’s fun, indulgent, and reflects who we are , bold, inclusive, and always ready to surprise.”
