MIAMI — DJ Khaled will bring the fourth annual We The Best Foundation x Jordan Golf Classic to Miami Beach Golf Club on Thursday, Dec. 3, after a private welcome for players, sponsors and celebrity guests on Wednesday, Dec. 2. Proceeds support charitable initiatives powered by the We The Best Foundation and Jordan, and TNT will carry the broadcast.
The broadcast is what travels. A charity tournament raises money from the players and sponsors already inside the ropes. A tournament on TNT puts the We The Best Foundation’s work in front of viewers who will never see the course. Four years in, that is the bet: turn a day of golf into attention the foundation can spend.
Khaled announced the dates Sept. 21, more than 10 weeks out, with an A-list cohort of players set to join him on the course.
The event, Khaled said, is time among the people closest to him.
“Just to be out on the golf course with close friends and family of mine is a blessing,” he said. “Giving back makes it even better. I can’t wait to see you all at the fourth annual We The Best Foundation x Jordan Golf Classic. We’re starting something very special here.”
Four tournaments in, the “something” has a shape. The foundation has a brand partner, and now a national audience.
The Night Before
Wednesday, Dec. 2, is the private half of the week. Khaled hosts a welcoming event for the players, sponsors, and celebrity guests who carry the fundraising, with proceeds benefiting the We The Best Foundation.
From Breakfast to the Final Toast
Thursday, Dec. 3, runs from registration to a closing toast:
8:30 a.m. Registration and breakfast 9:30 a.m. Welcoming ceremony 10 a.m. Shotgun tournament 3 p.m. Awards reception, with a celebration, recognition, and a final toast
