Spring/Summer 2026 Show | GESTUZ
Spring Summer 2026 marks the latest live show for Gestuz, continuing a renewed commitment to physical presentations and marks a foray back into physical shows after a period of lockdowns and restrictions.
“My safe place has always been with horses. And during a time, where I could not go anywhere else, I started finding another type of inspiration in the stables. With this collection and our show, I wanted to convey that specific feeling of freedom I get when I am in nature with these big creatures, and the beautiful looks I see on the women working with them.” Creative director Sanne Sehested.
Dirt and straw, muddy boots, heavy saddles, and the warm smell of horses; elements that might not come to mind when thinking of fashion. Nevertheless, these were part of the inspiration when creative director Sanne Sehested created the Spring Summer 2022 collection. Looking towards the world of equestrian, Sehested integrated elements she saw in the stables, to the designs, along with very strong colours and a nod to the late 80s and 90s.
Cognac colored leather with white stitching exists side by side full logo-printed denim looks, knitted dresses and houndstooth outerwear. Leggins with straps draws your mind to the riding grown, and a floral printed, full length dress with a low back draws you away again.
The 2026 collection introduces regenerative leather sourcing and digital product passports, aligning with new EU ecodesign regulations.
