The recently launched Riverside Debussy embarks on her second year of service starting April 2, featuring a 7-night journey timed perfectly with the peak of tulip season in the Dutch countryside. This roundtrip cruise from Amsterdam, The Netherlands, includes stops at Arnhem, Nijmegen, Antwerp, Gent, Middleburg, Veere, Dordrecht, and Rotterdam. Tulip enthusiasts have an additional opportunity to experience the Tulip Time cruise with a departure on April 23.

Riverside Ravel and Riverside Mozart are set to start their cruising seasons on April 10 and April 17, respectively. Riverside Ravel will offer a 3-night Rhône sampler, traveling from Lyon to Avignon and stopping at Viviers, Tarascon, and Arles. Meanwhile, Riverside Mozart will host guests on an Easter voyage along the Danube River from Passau, Germany, to Budapest, Hungary. This itinerary includes visits to Ybbs, Melk, and Bratislava, Slovakia, with the celebration of Easter Sunday in Vienna, Austria.

German Heritage Along the Rhine, Main, and Moselle Rivers Throughout the spring and summer, Riverside Debussy explores the scenic landscapes of the Rhine, Main, and Moselle rivers, revealing medieval castles, charming towns, and dramatic wine valleys. Seven-night voyages alternatingly depart from Amsterdam and Basel, Switzerland. These journeys showcase some of the most historic cities, the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Rhine Gorge—known for its dense collection of picturesque castles—and the renowned wine-producing regions of the Middle Rhine.

In mid-September, Riverside Debussy embarks on a 7-night journey that merges the scenic stretches of the Rhine and Main rivers, traveling from Amsterdam to Nuremberg. This voyage includes a passage through the 106-mile Main-Danube Canal in Bavaria. A subsequent return trip in late October takes Riverside Debussy back to Amsterdam.

Travelers have the option of selecting shorter voyages, ranging from 3 to 6 nights, throughout the year. These journeys focus on the Netherlands, the wine-rich Moselle River Valley, or the Upper Rhine Valley. Departures for these cruises are available from Amsterdam, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Trier, and Basel, Switzerland.

Danube Discoveries
Riverside Mozart offers a range of 3- to 7-night itineraries primarily navigating between Passau and Budapest. These cruises take guests through enchanting cities and towns across Bavaria, Austria, Slovakia, and Hungary. A highlight of many of these voyages is the chance to cruise through or stop in Austria’s historic and scenic Wachau Valley, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

In late May, Riverside Mozart sets sail for two, 3-night legs along the Lower Danube from Budapest to the Iron Gates in Serbia. Travelers have the option to connect these with a 4-night return trip back to Budapest, creating a comprehensive 7-night roundtrip voyage without repeating any stops.

In the autumn, Riverside Debussy navigates the Danube River. A special 7-night voyage takes guests from Nuremberg to Budapest, followed by four voyages covering 3 and 4 nights each on the less explored stretches of the Lower Danube. These cruises offer guests the opportunity to witness the breathtaking landscapes of Europe’s deepest and longest gorge, bordered by the Carpathian Mountains and Balkan Hills, as well as medieval fortresses and castles from the Roman, Ottoman, and Habsburg empires. The cruises also explore the rich cultures and historical cities once hidden behind the Iron Curtain. Departures are available from cities including Belgrade, Serbia, and Giurgiu, Romania. Travelers may choose to link these trips for a full 15-night, Lower-Danube experience departing roundtrip from Budapest, or embark on a grand 23-night voyage from the Black Sea to the North Sea, setting sail on October 7 from Giurgiu to Amsterdam.

South of France and Burgundy Sojourns

Riverside Ravel presents 4-, 5-, and 7-night cruises along France’s Rhône River, journeying between Lyon and Avignon. This includes stops at picturesque locales such as Arles, Viviers, Tain L’Hermitage, Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Tarascon, Port St. Louis, and Vienne. Additionally, during the summer and autumn, Riverside Ravel explores the Saone River, visiting the renowned Côte Chalonnaise and Maconnais wine regions in Burgundy. Stops include Macon, with optional tours to Chalon and Tournus, along with other sites on the Rhône River. The 2025 season ends with a 4-night sailing from Lyon to Avignon, departing on November 21.

Christmas Markets and Festive Getaways

Starting in late November, Riverside Mozart features 3- and 4-night Christmas market itineraries along the Danube with launches from Vienna, Passau, and Budapest. Options include a six-night Christmas journey beginning December 20 from Vienna, celebrating Christmas Eve in Passau, or a 7-night trip ringing in the New Year in Bratislava, followed by New Year’s Day and an overnight stay in Vienna, departing December 26.

Riverside Debussy offers festive 3-night itineraries along the Rhine, Main, and Moselle rivers, focusing on vibrant German Christmas Markets. The year concludes with a 10-night Christmas and New Year cruise from Basel to Amsterdam, where guests can enjoy Christmas Eve in Strasbourg and usher in the New Year with two nights in Amsterdam.
