Experience European Interior Design Blended with Zen-inspired art by Silke Bianca
Nova Iorque – SBRT Contemporary Art, which brings together interior design, art, and tranquil living by crafting spaces that exude peace and balance, is delighted to announce the exhibition of renowned European Art Composer Silke Bianca’s “Zen Garden Cycle I+II” at Art Expo New York.
The Zen Garden Cycle I+II features Silke Bianca’s innovative Art Composing, which brings scalable contemporary art to modern interiors, reflecting urban style and color. Instead of assigning personal meaning, viewers are encouraged to focus on their own well-being and harmony within these spaces. Art Expo New York is an ideal venue for this collection, emphasizing aesthetics and design while inspiring a sense of home through art.
Zen Garden Cycle seamlessly blends interior design with artistic expression, forging an ambiance that quietly puts visitors at ease. Bianca draws from her enthusiasm for interiors and her refined color sense to craft a harmony between design, art, and living well in the present moment. Her Garden Cycle features primarily monochromatic yet reflective images, marked by relief textures formed with a comb spatula as pigment is layered onto the canvas. Each artwork, encased in handcrafted black steel frames, invites thoughtful reflection and exemplifies a harmonious interplay between motion and calm. Through diptychs, triptychs, and creative material choices, these pieces amplify their surroundings, mirroring furniture contours and enriching the environment as a whole.
“In today’s unsettled world and political disparities, it’s vital to foster inner peace and calm through art and interior design. Zen is about art enhancing our living spaces, focusing on harmony,” says Silke Bianca, S-BRT’s featured artist. “Art Composing represents my aim for positivity and tranquility in my work. Presenting this at the Art Expo New York is an opportunity to share creativity and cultural immersion.”
Silke Bianca exhibited at Art Basel Miami in 2025 and is scheduled to return in 2026. She has also shown her work in Berlin, Salzburg, Düsseldorf, and London. Influences on her technique include travels in Southeast Asia, Zen Buddhism, and Japanese Zen gardens.
The Zen Garden Cycle comprises numerous artworks, including pieces titled Tranquility of Colored Explosions and Reflexivity of Floating Thoughts. These exceptional mixed media works are offered at prices ranging from $2,000 to $15,000.
About Silke Bianca and SBRT Contemporary Art
Silke Bianca is recognized as a leading figure in a new school of analytical painting, challenging conventional boundaries by merging elements of graphics, painting, and sculpture—a development that marks both a new chapter and a revival in her career, referred to as ZEROART 2.0. Bianca received her artistic training at the Royal Academy of Arts in London and the Goetheanum Art Academy in Switzerland, building upon roots established in Düsseldorf. Her prominence within the European contemporary art scene is evidenced by her inclusion in the 2025 ranking of Europe’s Top 50 artists (artcertificate.eu). The Zen Garden Cycle has generated significant discussion among art and design professionals, resonating with those interested in calmness, resonance, and spatial awareness.
Silke Bianca’s most expansive collection, Zen Garden Cycle I+II, exemplifies her method of art composing. In these works, the tactile qualities blend seamlessly with the surrounding room’s aesthetics; the lines of the furniture are echoed in the comb spatula, and the vivid mix of classic pieces with modern color highlights—including elements of pop art—is soothed by the interplay of reflective surfaces. These features come together harmoniously to create a unified work of art, each instance unique and tailored to its particular interior setting.
