Kim Shui

Kim Shui is a New York City-based womenswear brand founded by designer Kim Shui, a first-generation American who grew up in Rome, Italy. She founded the brand as an act of resistance, wanting to carve her own path and be seen on her own terms. Drawing on central parts of her identity — her cultural upbringing and femininity — she turns them into sources of joy and celebration through her designs. The brand seeks to show a more expansive vision of who the American woman can be, centering women who have been traditionally sidelined and using clothes to start conversations that bridge cultures.

Kim Shui has gained critical acclaim, being named a TIME Next Generation Leader, a CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Finalist, and a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree. Her bold designs have attracted major names including Kylie Jenner, Dua Lipa, Hailey Bieber, Solange Knowles, Bella and Gigi Hadid, Cardi B, and Megan Thee Stallion. The brand has collaborated with Afterpay, Jordan Brand, and Nike. For her Spring 2025 collection, Shui staged a show on the 102nd floor of One World Trade Center. She is a CFDA member.
