The nearly 20,000-square-foot destination brings centuries-old Ottoman bathing traditions to Miami, pairing a grand hammam and immersive thermal amenities with restorative treatments, rituals, and an on-site Turkish restaurant.

Miami is very good at keeping you busy. Between the beach, dinners, workouts, work meetings, and everything in between, taking a few hours to actually slow down can feel like another item on the calendar.

Hürrem Hammam Wellness & Spa offers a different approach: instead of squeezing self-care into a 60-minute treatment, make the ritual the entire day.

Located in Miami, Hürrem is a nearly 20,000-square-foot wellness destination inspired by centuries-old Ottoman bathing traditions. The experience centers around the traditional Turkish hammam, where heat, water, exfoliation, and rest come together in a slower, more immersive form of self-care.

Start With a Day Pass

The easiest way to experience Hürrem is also one of the most flexible: the Day Pass.

Monday through Thursday, full-day access starts at $85, so you can spend an entire day moving between the hammam and wellness amenities without committing to a treatment. Friday access is $125, while Saturday, Sunday, and holiday passes are $125 for four hours, with additional time available when paired with a treatment.

The pass includes access to the locker rooms and showers, relaxation areas and spa amenities, along with a robe, peshtemal and slippers. Complimentary water and fruit are also available throughout.

In other words, there is no need to rush in, have a treatment, and rush back out.

The Hammam Is the Ritual

At the center of the experience is the grand hammam, a warm, atmospheric space designed around the traditional bathing ritual.

Guests can move through Hürrem’s wellness amenities at their own pace, including the herbal sauna, steam room, Himalayan salt room, Arctic igloo, hydromassage pool, and rain showers.

The contrast is part of what makes the experience feel less like a standard spa appointment and more like a reset: warm, cold, steam, water, rest and repeat.

It is the kind of experience that encourages you to put your phone away for a few hours and let the schedule disappear.

Then Comes the Kese

For those looking to go deeper into the hammam tradition, the Hammam Ritual Kese & Bubble is $145.

The ritual begins with a traditional full-body Kese exfoliation, followed by a relaxing foam massage. The result is less about checking off another beleza treatment and more about experiencing one of the hammam’s defining rituals.

The Kese is traditionally performed using a textured mitt to exfoliate the skin, followed by an enveloping foam treatment. At Hürrem, the ritual becomes an extended moment to slow down, reset, and leave feeling refreshed.

For an even more indulgent option, guests can opt for the Coffee & Honey Ritual, another of Hürrem’s signature experiences.

And Don’t Stop There

The Hürrem experience doesn’t have to end when the hammam does. Topkapi Restaurant at Hurrem Hammam is now open to the public, serving Turkish cuisine inspired by Ottoman culinary traditions. The menu features traditional favorites like kebabs and mezes, along with seasonal specials and tasting menus, all in an elegant setting that blends contemporary design with classic Ottoman influences. Topkapi is open daily from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, excluding major holidays.

Self-Care, Without the Clock

There is something particularly fitting about a hammam in Miami.

The city is built around movement, but Hürrem asks guests to do the opposite. Stay a little longer. Sit in the steam room. Move between hot and cold. Take a dip. Rest. Let someone else handle the exfoliation.

Rather than treating wellness as something that happens in an hour between meetings, Hürrem makes slowing down the point.

And that may be the self-care ritual Miami has been missing: not another appointment to squeeze into the schedule, but a few hours when you don’t need to be anywhere else.
