Paraiso Miami Beach Celebrates 20 Years in Style: Unveils 20th Anniversary Miami Swim Week Schedule with Runway Shows, Experiences, Pop-Ups, and a Summer Fashion Summit
PARAISO Miami Swim Week, also known as Miami Swim Week, is gearing up for its monumental 20th-anniversary celebration, taking place from May 30th to June 2nd, 2024. For two decades, PARAISO has been the undisputed leader in the swimwear and resort wear industry, establishing itself as a vibrant hub for fashion, music, and endless summer fun.
This year’s show promises a whirlwind of events featuring a star-studded lineup of established and up-and-coming designers. The highlight will be the unveiling of the hottest collections for Resort 2025 at the Collins Park Tent. The main runway venue will showcase a dynamic array of swimwear brands throughout the four-day program.
A Celebration of Established and Emerging Brands
PARAISO is proud to celebrate this significant milestone alongside beloved names in swimwear fashion, including ACACIA, Andrea Iyamah, Sinesia Karol, Shan, RIOT Swim, Chloe Rose, PQ Swim, Seafolly, Kulani Kinis, Neena Swim, Sigal, Axil Swim, Luli Fama, Nike Swim, and The Blonds. This is just a glimpse of the extensive list, with more brands to be announced closer to the event.
Sustainability and Upcycling Take Center Stage
The 5th annual Instituto Marangoni Upcycle Challenge will return, featuring student showcases that offer a peek into the future of fashion. The focus will be on sustainable practices, highlighting up-cycling and eco-friendly processes that can redefine the industry and shape a greener tomorrow. The runway looks will feature art-inspired pieces created using Sharpie Creative Markers.
PARAISO’s Enduring Influence
PARAISO Miami Swim Week has experienced a meteoric rise, garnering a media reach of 12.4 billion impressions in 2023. This makes it one of the most-watched events in the United States. The 2024 edition is expected to attract over 30,000 attendees and 7,500 global buyers, representing over 60 countries. The annual economic impact on Miami is estimated to be between $50 million and $75 million.
A Vision for the Future
“PARAISO Miami Swim Week holds the same significance in the world of swimwear fashion as Art Basel does in contemporary art. Over the past two decades, the event has not only expanded its scope but has also increased its visibility,” says Natalija Dedic Stojanovic, Creative Director and co-founder.
This year’s PARAISO promises to be unlike any other, offering a summer fashion festival filled with favorite events and exciting new additions. The Summer Fashion Summit returns in collaboration with SwimShow, while a partnership with Miami Design District brings a fresh perspective. Expanded categories showcased throughout the week will create a more comprehensive experience.
Stojanovic emphasizes PARAISO’s commitment to balance: “We will continue to balance categories as we see best fit, embrace growth by dedicating full days to lingerie and activewear categories in the future. Our vision has always been to find a balance between various fashion categories that encompass a well-rounded summer lifestyle, and we’ll continue to do so.”

The Summer Fashion Summit is the premier conference dedicated to exploring the latest trends and innovations shaping the swimwear market. This unparalleled gathering of industry leaders, visionaries, and influencers takes place on June 1st and 2nd at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Held in collaboration with Swim Show, the Summit promises insightful discussions, dynamic networking opportunities, and invaluable knowledge to propel businesses forward. The event is made possible with the support of St. Thomas University and Mana Fashion.
SHARPIE Collaboration
PARAISO Miami Swim Week joins forces with Sharpie® this year. Together, they will work with fashion designers and art students to create art-inspired apparel using the new Sharpie Creative Markers, featuring paint-like, no-bleed ink.

PARAISO extends beyond the runway with special events hosted in stunning locations, from pristine beaches to chic poolside retreats and upscale restaurants. Each venue serves as a breathtaking backdrop for the celebration of fashion and style.
