Fashion Group International South Florida Brings Together Miami’s Fabulous Fashion Designers, Celebrities & Creators For Its First Rising Star Awards Event Honoring Fashion Veteran, Derek Warburton
MIAMI, Fl – September 30, 2023, marked Fashion Group International South Florida’s inaugural Rising Star Awards, which spotlighted the region’s emerging fashion designers while recognizing internationally acclaimed moda and beauty veteran, Derek Warburton, with the Icon Award. The event took place at downtown Miami’s Southeast Financial Center (200 S. Biscayne Blvd) and attracted Miami’s top fashion insiders, celebrities, reality TV personalities, and fashion influencers and designers. They came together to celebrate creativity and innovation in South Florida’s fashion industry.
This year’s FGI South Florida Rising Star awards ceremony will bring brands to the attention of decision-makers in the fashion, beauty, and business industries. It will celebrate emerging fashion designer winners in various categories, including Accessories, Innovation, Member’s Choice Awards, Ready to Wear, and Swimwear.
