6397 is a New York-based fashion label founded in 2013 by Stella Ishii, who owns The News Showroom in SoHo. Lizzie Owens now serves as head of design. The brand is known for its gender-fluid, community-focused designs that blend streetwear sensibility with contemporary fashion. 6397 has been a regular NYFW presenter and has built a reputation for edgy, inclusive collections that celebrate diversity and self-expression.
For Spring 2025, 6397 made a return to the NYFW runway – its first presentation in twelve years – marking a significant comeback for the brand. The show highlighted the brand’s evolution toward gender-fluid streetwear and featured a diverse cast of models. 6397 is a regular on the official NYFW schedule and continues to build its presence within the American fashion community.
