Maren Morris is an American singer-songwriter who has made a name for herself by mixing country, pop, and R&B styles. She was born on April 10, 1990, in Arlington, Texas, and started singing and performing at a young age. Before moving to Nashville to chase her dream of country music, she released three independent albums.
Her big break came with her debut album Hero in 2016, which featured the hit song “My Church.” That song won her a Grammy for Best Country Solo Performance, and it really put her on the map. After that, she kept rising in popularity with songs like “The Middle” in 2018, a collaboration with Zedd and Grey that became a global hit.

Looking ahead, Maren is preparing to release her fourth studio album, D R E A M S I C L E, on May 9, 2025. The first single, “Carry Me Through,” gives fans a glimpse of her growth as an artist and touches on themes of resilience and joy.
