Twelve thousand founders and executives will fill the MGM Grand in Las Vegas this Labor Day week for The Vault Conference 2026, the flagship event from Bet-David Consulting. Running from August 31 through September 3, the four-day gathering has grown from a room of 440 entrepreneurs into one of the largest operator-focused business conferences in the country.

Patrick Bet-David, founder of Valuetainment and host of the PBD Podcast, built The Vault around a specific premise: direction over motivation. The programming skips the inspirational keynote format in favor of frameworks attendees can apply immediately, covering hiring, fundraising, scaling and exit strategy across six main sessions and more than thirty hours of content.

This year’s roster spans entertainment, sport and enterprise. Logan Paul, the YouTube figure turned WWE competitor and co-founder of Prime Hydration, joins the stage to discuss attention and consumer branding. Steven Bartlett, whose Diary of a CEO podcast ranked second on Spotify’s global charts in 2025, speaks to the modern media economy. Dan Martell, the SaaS Academy founder Bet-David has called one of the few real AI operators, addresses implementation for founders navigating the current wave of artificial intelligence tools.

Football history gets its own session. Joe Montana and Jerry Rice, the 49ers duo behind four Super Bowl titles, bring their running mates framework on trust and pressure to a business audience at this scale for the first time. Rounding out the internal bench are Tom Ellsworth, president of Lion Holdings and creator of the Words Talk, Numbers Scream framework, and RJ Milnor, the company’s chief human resources officer, who will speak on building and leading teams through growth.

The schedule opens with registration and an expo on day one, followed by tiered founder and CEO masterminds that evening. Days two and three each carry a general session in the morning, a complimentary networking lunch, a second session in the afternoon, and evening programming that ranges from a third general session to an elevated CEO dinner and cigar activation. The final day closes with a sixth session and an invitation-only afterparty with Bet-David.

Every attendee leaves with a 300-page Vault Strategy Manual, lifetime access to session replays, and entry into the Minnect Circle at a tier-specific level.

Five ticket tiers separate the experience, from General admission at $397 to the CEO tier at $17,997, which is already 95 percent sold. The gap between tiers is largely about proximity: seating location, networking lunch access, and whether a ticket includes a private dinner or mastermind with Bet-David himself. Group rates are available for Général, Platinumet Executive tickets, with larger blocks requiring direct contact with a entreprise consultant.

Forty percent of past attendees return with a team of five or more, a retention figure organizers point to as evidence that The Vault has become less a one-off event and more a recurring fixture on the operator calendar.
