Raising Over $600,000 for Youth Mental Health

Selena Gomez, Founder of Rare Beauty and the Rare Impact Fund, hosted the third annual Rare Impact Fund Benefit: A Night of Radiance & Reflection on October 29 at Nya Studios West in Los Angeles. The event raised more than $600,000 in on-site commitments, supporting the Rare Impact Fund’s mission to raise $100 million to expand access to youth mental health services and education worldwide.

The evening was hosted by Emmy Award-winning comedian and late-night host Jimmy Kimmel, and featured live performances by Laufey, the youngest-ever GRAMMY winner for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album (Bewitched), and GRAMMY-nominated indie pop band The Marías.

The benefit drew a diverse group of supporters and public figures, including Jackie Aina, Benny Blanco, Dave Burd (aka Lil Dicky), Tay Lautner, Grace Ann Nader, Mary Holland Nader, Sarah Jane Nader, Mikayla Nogueira, Drew Scott, Jake Shane, Jay, and Radhi Shettyentre otros.

The Rare Impact Fund, launched by Selena Gómez in 2020, is dedicated to reducing the stigma around mental health and increasing access to mental health resources for young people globally.
