Matsuhisa’s years living and cooking in Peru helped shape his globally iconic culinary style. Guests sample dishes from NYC’s top Peruvian restaurants — bright ceviches, fresh seafood, smoky grilled specialties — alongside exceptional wines, cocktails, and live Unterhaltung. Participating chefs include Jorge Aguilar (Border Town), Miguel Aguilar (INKAICO/SURFISH BISTRO), Jesus Delgado (jarana), Oscar Lorenzzi (Nuyores), Erik Ramirez (Papa San), and Alex Rojas (Jora Restaurant and Bar).
