Luxury fashion meets cinematic surrealism in Bottega Veneta’s latest campaign.
بوتيغا فينيتا, the iconic Italian luxury fashion house, has unveiled its latest artistic campaign, titled “What Are Dreams,"” featuring acclaimed actor and rising style icon Jacob Elordi. Known for his roles in Euphoria و Priscilla, Elordi continues to make waves in both Hollywood and the fashion world, now stepping into a dreamlike narrative crafted by legendary photographer and director Duane Michals.

هذا Bottega Veneta campaign blends high fashion with surrealist art, presenting a short film and twelve black-and-white portraits that explore themes of memory, imagination, and the subconscious. Shot at Michals’ New York home, the visuals evoke the haunting elegance of surrealist masters like René Magritte و Giorgio de Chirico, while showcasing Bottega Veneta’s signature minimalist luxury.
In the film, Elordi recites Michals’ introspective poem What Are Dreams, adding emotional depth to the visuals. His performance bridges the gap between fashion storytelling and poetic introspection, reinforcing his status as a modern muse for both cinema and couture.
“I’m very much interested in the realm of the invisible,” Michals explains. “Jacob understood exactly what I was trying to do with the project. He was right there for the magic and the mystery of it.”
This campaign marks a return for Michals, who first collaborated with Bottega Veneta in 1985. Now, nearly four decades later, he joins forces with Elordi to create a visual experience that transcends traditional fashion advertising.
What Are Dreams is more than a seasonal campaign—it’s a meditation on luxury, art, and the power of visual storytelling. With Jacob Elordi as its enigmatic lead, Bottega Veneta continues to redefine what it means to be a الموضة house in the age of cinematic expression.
