Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits’ 18th annual Trade Day, presented by Square and hosted by Wine Spectator, is a by-invitation trade-only tasting event at the Invesco QQQ Festival Campus in the Seaport. SGWS Fine Wine and Iconic Spirit Suppliers present their portfolios to the NYS market. Retail and restaurant owners, managers, buyers, and sommeliers interact with winemakers, producers, master distillers, brand ambassadors, and notable celebrities while sampling dishes from NYC’s top chefs. Participating chefs include Adrii Colon, Jacob Cooper, Ed Cotton, Michelle Dacalos, Janice de Castro, Gerardo Duarte, Augelyn Francisco, Eleazar Fuerte, Jonathan Haffmans, Daniel Le, Marisol Lopez, Blenlly Mena, Yesenia Ramdass, Ohm Suansilphong, and Fermin Teco.
