Chef Marie-Aude Rose of Marcel, acclaimed sommelier Peter Aaron, and Bordeaux authority Jane Anson host an immersive multi-course dinner celebrating the wines and cuisine of Bordeaux. Rose presents a menu rooted in southwestern French technique and seasonal ingredients, with each course paired by Aaron and Anson, who guide guests through the vintages and history behind every pour. Hosted at the James Beard House, this intimate evening includes a copy of Peter Aaron and Jane Anson’s new book, Bordeaux Chronicles, for each guest. Dress code: Smart Casual. Wine pairings included.
