(LOS ANGELES — Sept. 14, 2026) — The Television Academy celebrated the 78th Emmy® Awards, recognizing excellence in television programming and individual achievement for the 2025-2026 television season.
A complete list of this year’s Emmy Award winners, as compiled by the independent accounting firm of Ernst & Young LLP, is attached.
The 78th Emmy Awards were held over three nights, Sept. 5, 6, and 14. The Sept. 14 ceremony was hosted by multiple Emmy winner Mariska Hargitay and broadcast live on NBC from the Peacock Theater at L.A. LIVE at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT and was also streamed live and on demand on Peacock. Hargitay, along with Jesse Collins, Dionne Harmon, and Jeannae Rouzan-Clay of Jesse Collins Entertainment, executive produced the show.
The telecast featured awards in 19 Emmy categories presented by top talent from some of television’s most acclaimed programs.
Additionally, celebrated actor, author, and philanthropist Michael J. Fox received the Bob Hope Humanitarian Award in recognition of his transformative contributions to Parkinson’s disease research and advocacy. Fox’s former The Good Wife costar Julianna Margulies presented him with this honor.

Two-time Grammy Award nominee Noah Kahan performed a moving rendition of “Bridge Over Troubled Water” for the “In Memoriam” segment, and Reba McEntire sang “Appalachian Memories” in a tribute to Dolly Parton.
A celebration of the 30th anniversary of Buffy the Vampire Slayer with David Boreanaz and Sarah Michelle Gellar and the 50th anniversary of Charlie’s Angels with Kate Jackson, Cheryl Ladd and Jaclyn Smith rounded out the evening.
