Despite being bullied at school and mocked for her Latin American appearance, Demi Rose Mawby went on to attend Walsall College where she took a college degree in Spanish and became fluent in the language. A course in beauty therapy followed and while she was still a teenager, began taking selfies and posting them on Instagram. Before long, she became a social media sensation when hundreds of Instagram users became aware of her exotic beauty and her followers climbed to the thousands.
A move to Miami Florida resulted in the U.S.-based publicity group Taz’s Angels contacting Demi Rose with whom she signed a contract and worked with them until 2015. When her work visa expired, she returned to the U.K. to help her mother who had suffered a heart attack and stroke in 2012 and was in a wheelchair due to her lack of mobility.
A contract with another modeling company followed and Demi Rose’s fame expanded as she went on photo shoots at locations all around the world appearing in FHM Magazine, M! Magazine, Nuts, Zoo UK and Hip Hop. She has also appeared in several music videos featuring such celebrities as DJ Khaled and Chris Brown.
With her new celebrity status, her private life has now become public as the media publishes photos of her and news of her latest dates wherever she goes. After her short relationship with American rapper, Tyga fizzled out, she dated DJ Tom Zanetti and then DJ Chris Martinez, but that also ended in 2019 after they spent nearly two years together.
