West Indian Day Parade - New York Style Guide

The 50th Annual West Indian American Day Parade held on Labor Day, started in Crown Heights and finished its 2 mile route on Flatbush Avenue in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. It was a colorful spectacle with floats, music and participants from Jamaican, Trinidadian and Haitian backgrounds.  Check out some of the fun:

Columbus Day Parade in NYC

Italian Pride was displayed on Fifth Avenue at New York City’s 72nd Annual Columbus Day Parade.  The parade traveled from 44th to 72nd street and drew about a million spectators along the route, led by this years Grand Marshall, Robert LaPenta.
