FOREVERGLADES® PALM BEACH BENEFIT CELEBRATES THE EVERGLADES FOUNDATION’S 30 YEARS OF EVERGLADES RESTORATION PROGRESS “ALL NIGHT LONG”
The Everglades Foundation celebrated 30 years of Everglades restoration progress. The Everglades Foundation is a science-based non-profit dedicated to restoring and protecting America’s Everglades – the largest ecosystem restoration project in the world.

- Lionel Richie performed hits such as All Night Long, Easy, Brick House, and Stuck on You to the sold out crowd of over 600 attendees.
- Legendary singer-songwriter Billy Joel and wife Alexis served as Honorary Chairs and were recognized for their Hurricane Ian relief work through the Joel Foundation providing long-term recovery assistance to residents in Lee County and throughout southwest Florida, with a special focus on helping the men and women that make their living on those waters.
- Florida is the winter home for Billy, Alexis and their young daughters. The Joels announced a new gift to fund expansion of The Everglades Foundation’s PreK-12 Everglades Literacy education program in Lee County.
- Music throughout the evening was curated by Savannah Buffett – writer, broadcaster and host of the “Savannah Daydreamin’ Radio Hour” on SiriusXM and Radio Margaritaville.
