Rosé Piscine, The French Rosé Made to be Served on Ice, Arrives in South Florida
On Saturday, November 18, Rosé Piscine, the original still rosé specifically made to drink over ice, celebrated its arrival in Miami with an exclusive pool party at BrickellHouse supported by Coco Bambu.
Hosted by Rose Piscine, Miami influencers and self-proclaimed rosé aficionados enjoyed a first taste of the wine, paired with Coco Bambu’s signature bites of Crab Meat Bowl, Corvina Ceviche, Shrimp Risotto, and Baked Cocada that enhanced Rosé Piscine’s seductive aroma and unique flavor profile brought to life over ice as well as the Rosé Piscine Mojito created by Coco Bambu bar manager Patricio Mancilla.
Made by Pascal Nacenta with the native Negrette grape of South West France and produced by Vinovalie – all of the fruit used in the wine is sourced from the owners’ vineyards in the region. Rosé Piscine is the first French rosé specifically made to drink over ice, which in turn does away with the need to pre-chill or maintain the bottle in an ice bucket. Rosé Piscine is perfectly clear with a light pink color, an aroma of white flowers and lychee, surprisingly bright acidity, and a round and supple finish.
Notables in attendance who celebrated the arrival of the one of a kind wine included Marcelo Vega, Camila Arizaga, Ricardo Felgueres, Wendy Rodriguez, Kyse Berdandin, Dave Miller, Taylor Schear, Fabio Gomez, Iryna Ivaschuk and Cibele Olivera, to name a few.
