Featuring full service premium open bars of vodka, gin, whiskey, rum, tequila, bourbon, white and red wine, and beer, sparkling wine and Veuve Clicquot champagne, guests enjoyed a private fireworks show with waterfront views as four rotating DJs GiovannettiUnoMasFelipe Kaval and Raul Boesel entertained. The terrace featured a luxurious food spread by Michael Schwartz with a Raw Bar station, Cheese and Tapas station with a cheese and charcuterie board, Spanish tortilla, heirloom tomato salad, shredded kale and crispy rice, shaved fennel and cucumber marinated eggplant, roasted wild mushrooms, roasted peppers, assorted breads, marcona almonds and mixed olives, Passed Hors D’oeuvres, Smoked Fish Dip, Grilled Atlantic Shrimp, Broccoli Fritters, Crispy Octopus Skewer, Housemade Chorizos, Short Rib Empanadas, Yuca Cheese Puffs, Corn and Leek Empanadas, and Slow Roasted Prime Rib Carving Stations.
