2 oz. Barceló Gran Añejo Dark Series

½ oz. St. Elizabeth® Allspice Dram

¼ oz. ginger liqueur

¼ oz. simple syrup

½ oz. fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp. pumpkin purée

Garnish: orange twist

In a shaker with ice, combine Barceló Gran Añejo Dark Series, St. Elizabeth® Allspice Dram, ginger liqueur, simple syrup, lemon juice and pumpkin puree.  Shake and strain into a chilled couple glass.  Garnish with an orange twist.

2 oz. Barceló Imperial Onyx Rum

1 tsp. of sweet vermouth

2 dashes of Angostura® bitters

Garnish: Luxardo® Maraschino cherry

In a mixing glass with ice, combine Barceló Imperial Onyx, sweet vermouth and Angostura® bitters.  Stir until well-chilled and then pour into a chilled Manhattan or martini glass.  Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

2 oz. Barceló Imperial 

1 oz. Calvados

1 oz. sweet vermouth

Garnish: slice of Granny Smith apple

In a shaker with ice, combine Barceló Imperial Rum, Calvados and sweet vermouth.  Shake well and then strain into a chilled martini glass.  Garnish with a slice of Granny Smith apple. ¼ inch thick slice on the rim.

1 oz. Montenegro® amaro

¾ oz. fresh lime juice

¾ oz. passion fruit syrup

¼ oz. orgeat syrup.

Garnish: fresh passion fruit

In a shaker with crushed ice, shake Barceló Gran Añejo Dark Series Rum, Montenegro® amaro, fresh lime juice, passion fruit syrup and orgeat syrup.  Pour into a rocks glass and top with more crushed ice if necessary.  Garnish with fresh passion fruit.

Barceló Gran Añejo: ($24) A blend of rums, aged in ex-bourbon casks, ranging in age up to 6 years.  A rich, golden amber-colored rum with notes of sweet spice, mocha, toffee, and coffee bean. Awarded a gold medal at the International Rum Festival. Can be consumed straight or on-the-rocks or mixed in premium cocktails that are made with only the best and freshest ingredients.
