First-ever NFT Drop and Concert In The New Hyperverse

Hyperverse, the first of its kind digital music platform in the Metaverse, presents Jacquees

(Miami, FL.) — December 8th, 2021 — Launching on December 15th, an exclusive concert featuring King of the Metaverse himself, Jacquees, will perform to kick off the new Hyperverse, never seen before digital music platform that brings musicians and fans together. The Hyperverse is the only cohesive platform for musicians to stream metaverse concerts, sell NFTs, tokenize their careers, and design digital merchandise.

Hyperverse was born to pave the path to THE future of music, where technology isn’t just another means to new revenue streams, but a means to change the concert-going experience, to usher artists into the new possibilities found in the Metaverse and build new connections between artists and fans and fans and their communities. It’s a vision of increased collaboration and artist control and creativity where fans can interact as never before.

The inaugural concert will take place in five different worlds unlocked by purchasing NFT tickets.  Recognizing that many music fans are new to this world, they’ve made purchasing tickets as simple as possible. Fans can use their credit cards as well as crypto and it isn’t even necessary to set up a wallet at the time of purchase. Once a fan purchases the NFT ticket, they immediately have the ability to watch the concert they have accessed again and again. That’s right – the ticket is the concert and can be enjoyed again and again, held onto like any other collectible or sold to another fan.

The five different worlds are zombies, galactic, cyber punk, sports, and pixel (holographic).

Each performance has a narrative and arc tailored to the specific aesthetic of the individual worlds, with each aesthetic being based on popular memes or imagery in the NFT and crypto worlds.

Jacquees will perform as an avatar, tailored to each world.  Fans will have an opportunity to immerse themselves in each concert space/world and then revisit the concert again and again so long as they retain the NFT ticket. The ticket will also entitle the holder to royalty rights from the world they purchased. Fans will be able to buy digital merch – sneakers, hoodies, etc., avatars, Jacquees avatars/metahumans, 3D playing cards, NFTs they can “remix” to change the colors, features, themes, etc.

Participants can purchase their NFT ticket on www.hyperverseofficial.com on the Launch date of Dec.15 The website will go live with previews of what can be purchased by the Triller pre-launch party during Art Basel on Dec. 1

About the Founders:

  • Sebastian Ambrose was a concert pianist and professional boxer before graduating with Highest Honors from Columbia Law School, where he interned for then-Judge Sonia Sotomayor.  After a career in law, he accepted a position as President of a luxury fashion house where he led their efforts to become the first brand to mint an NFT of one of its pieces.  Once exposed to the world of cryptocurrency and digital assets, Sebastian jumped into the space with a vision for the future of music, sports, and community.
  • A native of Atlanta, Elvis Nguyen switched his dream of becoming a doctor that led him to become a pre-med student at Georgia State to one of making his mark on the music industry.  An integral member of superstar label FYB, Elvis has overseen marketing/branding efforts for the King of R&B, Jacquees, as well as assisted in organizing tours and performances for the artist.  An avid sports fan, Elvis has an exciting vision for artists and athletes entering the Metaverse.
  • Dylan Thomas’ journey toward becoming a cryptocurrency trading mogul began during a trip to Atlantic City to celebrate his completion of Army boot camp.  There, looking for a bathroom, he stumbled into a blockchain seminar, where he impressed the host with the self-taught knowledge he’d gleaned from YouTube videos and online reading.  The host ended up giving Dylan $1.5 million to invest on his behalf, a sum that stood at $155 million by the end of 2017.  Given 10% of the profits as a reward, Dylan against quickly grew his funds on his way to becoming

About Jacquees:

When Jacquees proclaimed himself “King of R&B…of his generation,” he did so with

the accolades and achievements to back up such a bold and big claim. Within six years he released his independent breakout mix-tape Round of Applause, the critically acclaimed full-length debut for Cash Money Records, 4275, which earned a platinum smash in the form of “B.E.D.”— which also received a nomination for “R&B Song of the Year” at the iHeartRadio Music Awards. He joined forces with Dej Loaf for the dynamic duet “At The Club” which featured in Before Anythang and lent his voice to TK Kravitz’s gold-selling “Ocean” extending his influence throughout the game. In the midst of selling out headline tour dates coast

to coast, he has embarked on show-stopping performances for the Soul Train Awards and Black Music Honors. Received praises from the likes of Vibe, Spin, Complex, Rap-Up, Rated RnB, and lent his voice to bangers by everyone from Young Thug, Snoop Dogg, Chris Brown, and Trey Songz. And to top off his incredible musical accomplishments, he’s contributed to “Save The Day” featuring Coi Leray and LouGotCash for the Original Soundtrack Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. Averaging more than 5.1M monthly listeners on Spotify, his total stream tally on the platform approached half a billion by 2019. As he took over Urban Radio, he maintained a prolific recording pace, paving the way for the arrival of his 2019 sophomore offering, “King Of R&B.” Grammy award-winning and multi-platinum artist, Future, will be the executive producer of his highly anticipated third album. The multi-platinum star is surely on the path to cementing his legacy as the King of R&B of his generation.
