I had no idea I’d lose my honorary grandad this week and last month my friend. Navigating grief during pregnancy was unexpected and challenging. Im highly aware my baby feels everything I feel. It breaks my heart knowing that neither of these two magical souls will meet my child. But I’ll be able to tell my baby all about these powerful humans who had such a huge impact on my life and the way I view the world. I can treasure them and their lives. Their legacies will live forever and be passed down through my child. I’m sending all my love and prayers to those who are grieving. And to Neville and Cax love you always and thank you for being lights in my life I will forever be grateful for you🙏❤️. . Thank you for capturing 📸this journey forever @ashleyjophoto And the wonderful team @mollyfredenberg @jonmichaelhall @rywilliams.co @Zoe_sheehy @Lindsaychapinphoto @jennacurran . . . #7months #preggo #pregnancyphotoshoot #pregnancy #nophotoshop #noretouch

I grew up, I’m sure like many of you, not in a big city but a small town. Watching shows and reading magazines about my dream career – modelling. That may not have been your dream but I think you can agree when you don’t have contacts, money, or live anywhere near the big cities where many opportunities are it feels impossible. I’ve been working my tits off in the industry for 16years, it was not an overnight success story. I was dropped by agencies rejected hundreds of times for 10years straight, body shamed for being too big AND too small. And I’m a very privileged person (white, able bodied, cis female etc), so I’m highly aware of how much harder marginalised people have it. But I do hope that my story can relate to some of you, and today I’ve made a video all about the struggles, failures and worst experiences as a model. Link in my bio to watch▶️ . Because social media tends to be a highlight reel and that’s very very unrealistic and I want you to know that however impossible your dreams feel right now, you can make it if you take action and work for it, find your unique power and purpose and never give up. Love you all and I will never forget that I wouldn’t be here without all your support – I’m forever grateful🙏❤️ . . @kincommunity @allinwithiskra #allinwithiskra #modelling #selflove #success #empowerment #motivation #yougotthis #noretouching #aeriereal #nophotoshop

What I wear underneath see through tings 👀 @AERIE REAL POWER PLUNGE PUSH UP! Aka my booby bestie, it’s the sexiest but comfiest braaaaa ever😍 and a good ol pair of full coverage shapewear that has straps to throw on over your bra 👌 I wore a see through lace dress to an event and even though it felt comfortable just wearing bra and a normal brief undie, when the flashes went off it literally looked like I was just in my undies right there in front of hundreds of people on the red carpet😂🙈 So I did some research and got some bodies to feel a lickle more covered up…but still sexyyyy because I prefer the bodies without built in bras so you can wear your own🤗 This isn’t an ad I just thought it maybe useful as I didn’t really know what to wear before and now I’ve found my go to🙌 🎼PS the song is 9-9 @noahnorth 🔥🔥🔥 #whatliesunderneath #fashionhacks #aeriereal

Please anyone who reads the comments on my pics don’t let it ever stop you from sharing your thoughts. We are all human, I’m not perfect but you’re following me and my page. I could easily just post pics like this every single day. They get me the most likes, the most follows and the least controversy. But that’s not all I feel and believe. Sometimes I’m passionate sometimes I’m confused sometimes i just want to share exactly what I’m feeling in that present moment. I don’t have social media management i don’t plan my posts to make my feed look “good” and as u know i won’t spend time out of my day photoshopping myself in the pics i take because; I know perfect doesn’t exist, I don’t want to create insecurities for myself about my body irl, and i got friends to chill wit and food to eat👀 (There’s nothing wrong with using social media differently – but that just isn’t me) I’ll always be real with you and sometimes that’s controversial, sometimes I will be wrong and sometimes I may piss you off. But i believe in being true to myself and I encourage you all to do you too. Never be scared to show vulnerability, share your story, or your beliefs. I refuse to switch my comments off even when they make me angry or disappointed because I want to learn…each of our human experiences are different so conversing is vital to pushing forward and having empathy for one another. So thank you to those who support me for being me you my real ones ILYSM and sending love to everyone who puts themselves out there I see you❤️

🌻Just like flowers all of us our unique and beautiful in our own way. I believe in loving my body and nourishing it to help it grow and blossom.🌸 That’s why I created @everyBODYwithiskra my program + app. Because health and fitness is not a set regiment, a restrictive diet or a dramatic before and after picture. I want to hold your hand and gently guide you so you can learn about fitness to move your body and build strength, stretching to prevent injury and increase mobility, meditation and sleep exercises to help with stress and anxiety and videos so you can feel like you’re not alone and formulate your own opinions on what health and happiness mean to you. It’s YOUR body, it’s your choice. Are you looking after it and investing in it? If you’d like to find out more and you can even take a 7days free trial click the link in my bio❤️⬆️ Thank you for all the incredible reviews and testimonials of this can even just help one person it’s worth it and the fact so many of you have said it’s been life changing in only a couple of weeks that means the world to me and team spark #everyBODYwithiskra ✨ And S/o to my girl @nataliegage_ for the pics💕👊✨

HOW TO SURVIVE CHRISTMAS P2 is up 👆(link in my bio) And it’s all about food. {caution maybe triggering} I struggled to find a relatable image but this face definitely reminds me of when i see even more food. And also reminds me of how scared i used to be about the amount i wanted to eat knowing how many calories I’d probably consume and then have to try and burn off. So i really wanted to make this video of a few ways to cope with the dread of Christmas Day food, eating in front of people and toxic diet culture convos ie “omg you look so great you’ve lost so much weight”🧐 I’d love for you to comment ways you cope – especially any of you in treatment or recovery who feel able to share🙏 But just a reminder you deserve to eat, you are doing so so great and we love and cherish you! It’s a 24hr day like any other and you will get through it. Follow my gf @nourishandeat For amazing advice and support and of course @neda For there incredible resources and helplines ❤️🎄☃️🎅

Did you know it’s body confidence Day? Yup it’s a legit thing and something I’d love to see you be part of by using #perfectlyme (head over to @seventeen insta to watch my video explaining what it’s about) You’re all reading this because you’re on my page / following my lil space on here filled with squares of images and vids of my life. I ALWAYS want to you remember these are curated even though they are unretouched you can see the diff between the first two pics which are more “posed” and the last which Isn’t. I’d also love you to think about who and what you’re following online and whether you feel empowered or disempowered and really listen to that because you deserve to surround yourself irl and online with positivity. So have a look who you’re following and see if maybe you can follow more marginalised people who aren’t represented in the media and need their voices heard. Right so this is turning into me rambling on. But that’s just it, I’m not perfect I’ve said this for years and also it was the focus of my TED talk that the pursuit of perfection is only detrimental to your mental and physical health. How can there be a definition when everyone is different and that’s what is beautiful. So on body confidence day I want you to feel empowered by the fact you’re #perfectlyYOU and so is your bestie and grandma and fourth cousin twice removed. We are all here in these bodies which are our homes so let’s start celebrating that and valuing and appreciating them for all their magical capabilities and experiences that they allow us to have in this world. Ok ramble over ILYSM for reading this (if u read it all comment 💪 emoji lol)🙏🙏🙏💯💕🦄⭐️✨ #nomakeup #nophotoshop #yesimwearingasmallbikinibutnothatisntconsent
