A historic 1930’s boutique hotel, Greystone Miami Beach has undergone a complete revitalization to become a truly unique experience on the beach. The property’s blend of style juxtaposes beachy boho-chic vibes with city glam influences while bringing back to life its iconic Art Deco façade. The newly developed hotel is a product of combining the historic 1920 Collins Avenue corner property with the adjacent building and is set to open this coming January.
Designed by architectural firm, Shulman + Associates, the hotel boasts a total of 91 guest rooms from boutique style historic accommodations to suites with a private deck and hot tub. The hotel’s stylish and intelligently designed rooms conjure a strong sense of place befitting its prime location in Miami Beach. Equipped with the latest innovative technology, guests will easily be able to unlock their rooms, check in or out of the hotel, order towels, room service or food poolside, access event listings, contact valet or concierge, get restaurant information, and make dining reservations all through the property’s smart phone app. The 54,000 square-foot, adult only hotel is eco-conscious as well as pet friendly.

The property features a wide range of distinct culinary venues helmed by celebrated Chef Pawan Pinisetti and swanky late night venues with inventive mixology F&B concepts led by Forbes Top 30 under 30 F&B rising star Sebastian Dumonet.
Sérêvène, the property’s signature restaurant, showcases the best of French Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine styles. Its offerings fuse the best of both cultures with an eclectic menu fueled by the freshest, locally sourced and organic ingredients. Featuring a tableside carving of suckling pig, a rotisserie-prepared take on chicken teriyaki (carved tableside), and avocado wrapped crab rolls, it’s the perfect place to go with friends for a fun night out in South Beach, a hot spot to impress your guests over a corporate dinner, a romantic evening with your loved one, or ideal for any sort of special event. Sérêvène will be open daily for brunch, Tipsy Tea (a boozy, yet polished spinoff of your standard High Tea experience), and an elevated yet approachable dinner with late-night service.
UISCE at Sérêvène (an old Celtic word for whisky, meaning “water of life”), is a sexy venue that will position itself as more than just a lounge, curating craft cocktails in light of a growing appreciation for the trade. Order classics with modern day presentations poured to perfection, infused with an array of fresh fruit, flavors or herbs. Open daily from 7AM to 2 AM, the venue will also feature an exceptional brunch and dinner menu.
KOBO will serve fast-casual gourmet offerings, tucked away in an upscale, verdant courtyard. With a menu consisting of Japanese-inspired “sandos,” or Japanese crafted sandwiches, enjoy everything from the Steak Miso Soy and Red Wine Reduction Sando to the Foie Gras with Caramelized Eel Sando. Golden Gator is a discreet underground champagne lounge neatly tucked beneath the Greystone. Its hidden cocktails, absinthe drippers and comprehensive bar program pays homage to a time long since passed. The space incorporates pockets of shadows to garner the late-night, private and secretive feel between spot-lit cocktail tables, custom piano DJ booth and other accent pieces throughout the room’s design. Open Wednesday through Sunday from 9 PM to 5 AM, the venue will also serve some lavish menu items such as Caviar Push Pops and Foie Gras & Pop Rocks Lollipops and will offer an extensive champagne menu alongside spirit forward old fashioned cocktails and nightly entertainment.
