Enjoy Ron Barcelo Cocktails while staying at Home

While at home staying safe and being socially responsible, it is a good time to enjoy some Ron Barcelo craft cocktails to alleviate some stress and enjoy your company.  Here are 6 easy cocktail recipes to keep the party going with Ron Barcelo Dominican Rum.

Mai House Tai:

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Ron Barceló Imperial
  • 1.5 oz  Mandarine Napoleon or Grand Marnier
  • 2 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1 oz Passion fruit juice

Preparation

  • Garnish rim with Tajin
  • Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake vigorously
  • Strain into a glass full of pebbled ice
  • Add a dash of grenadine (or cherry juice) for that red bottom look

Barcelo’s Quarentini

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Ron Barceló Dark Series
  • 1 oz Jalapeno-Kiwi-Cucumber Health-Ade kombucha
  • 1 oz Aloe Vera Juice
  • 4 slices muddled cucumber

Preparation:

  • Muddle cucumbers
  • Add ice and remaining ingredients
  • Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass
  • Garnish with a cucumber slice or jalapeno slice without the seeds for a touch of spice

 

 

Lychee’s Nest 

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Ron Barceló Gran Añejo
  • 2 oz Lulo juice
  • 2 oz Melon liquor
  • Pinch of matcha powder
  • Egg white for foam

Preparation:

  • Add all ingredients into shaker and shake vigorously
  • Strain into a champagne coupe
  • Create foam with 2 egg whites and decorate with edible flowers

Negroni Libre: 

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Ron Barceló Imperial
  • 1 oz Antica formula
  • 1 oz Campari

Preparation:

  • Pour all ingredients over ice, stir and garnish with orange peel

Pina Isolada: 

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz Ron Barceló Dark Series
  • ½ cup of frozen coconut or soursop pulp
  • ½ cup diced frozen pineapple
  • 2 oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz coconut water

Preparation:

  • Add all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth and frosty
  • Pour into a daiquiri glass
  • Garnish rim with toasted coconuts
  • Top off with coconut flakes

 

Pina Isolado

Dragon’s Temperature:

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Ron Barceló Dark Series
  • 1 oz Acai Liqueur
  • 1 dragon fruit
  • .5 oz simple syrup
  • ½ lime cut in wedges

Preparation:

  • Muddle lime wedges without touching the skin
  • Strain into a shaker with ice
  • Add dragon fruit pulp and all ingredients
  • Shake vigorously and pour
