DÔA Celebrated Season Kickoff with Unveiling of New Look, Menu and Programming
Last night, DÔA – the latest venture from globally renowned restaurateur Arjun Waney— celebrated its season kickoff party with an enhanced concept ahead of its 1 Year Anniversary with hosts Laurent Fraticelli and Arnaud Espineira.
Welcoming over 150 VIPs, partners Karl Waney, Tevfik Akdag and Jean-François Casanova unveiled a more intimate dining room with updated design, semi-private terrace, a private dining room, updated menu, and a new bar and music program, as guest enjoyed signature bites of Shrimp Siu Mai, Traditional Ceviche, Pork Buns, Mushroom Hotpot, DÔA Ceviche Roll and Churros, and new additions Quinoa Salad, Vegetable Spring Rolls and Arjun Scallop Tartare by Executive Chef Carlos Estarita.
Notables enjoying specialty cocktails of the evening – Saketini and Yu Katan by Jordan Cohen – included designer Tommy Hilfiger and wife Dee Hilfiger, CEO Jean Francois, who is finalizing the relaunch of the Raleigh Hotel, artist Iran Issa Khan, Lexing Zhang, Fabian and Martina Basabe, Sam Robin, and Dana Shear, to name a few.
