Baldinini strengthens its top management and launches a strategic evolution plan with product, distribution and new multi-channel projects at its heart. The board of directors of the Made in Italy footwear brand has in fact appointed Christian Prazzoli as the new CEO of the group.

At the same time Gimmi Baldinini, soul of the high-end maison born in 1910 in San Mauro Pascoli, will continue in the role of president of the company and remaining a partner.


Born in 1971, Christian Prazzoli boasts a proven international experience in the fashion & luxury sector, with particular reference to management, marketing, product strategy, and wholesale development, retail, licenses and digital. Before joining Baldinini, the new Chief Executive Officer held the role of General Manager of Harmont & Blaine, as well as, among others, key positions in the Benetton, Nike and Breil groups and in other multinationals enterprises.

As managing director, Christian Prazzoli will focus on the evolution of Baldinini’s strategy, to elevate and strengthen brand equity. Its mission will also concern the definition of a new distribution strategy, aiming to accelerate on the international markets with a correct balance of business areas. An important focus will be the reorganization of the DTC (Direct To Consumer) channel, with priority to e-commerce and omnichannel projects.

Christian Prazzoli will also make his skills available for the evolution of the products towards an increasingly modern consumer.
