Miami Hot Spot Showcases Aguaclara’s 2023 Swimwear Collection with Exotic Cocktails and Canapés Party, Fashion Show and Weeklong Pop-Up Through July 18
Chotto Matte, the global restaurant brand that stylishly blends Japanese and Peruvian culinary traditions, is partnering with Peruvian resort swimwear brand Aguaclara this Miami Swim Week for a celebration featuring food, fashion, and joint Peruvian influences.
Chotto Matte is known for bringing Miami’s art, fashion, and culture directly into its restaurant for popular events such as Miami Art Week and Miami Fashion Week. This year’s Swim Week will be no different. The celebration will kick off on Thursday, July 14, with a special event featuring cocktails and canapés reception.
From 6-9 p.m., invited guests will enjoy a thrilling Aguaclara runway show with the restaurant’s vibrant, jungle-like atmosphere as a backdrop, plus an exclusive Aguaclara pop-up for attendees to view and purchase the brand’s newest collection. The on-site pop-up will remain open throughout Miami Swim Week through July 18.
The restaurant will be serving a one-of-a-kind menu for the event, including a Pisco Sour cocktail, made with Caravedo Quebranta pisco, lime juice, egg white, and bitters along with other delectable cocktails including the Flor De Manzana, Nikkei Negroni and Hot N’ Smokey.
For the delectable canapés (decorative small bites), guests will enjoy menu items including the Shrimp Tempura Roll, Salmon Tataki Tartare, Lychee Ceviche, Yellowtail Nikkei Sashimi, Anticucho Skewers, Vegan Tuna Crispy Rice and a mochi selection for dessert.
With a focus on staying true to its Peruvian and Japanese roots, Chotto Matte represents more than just its bold food menu. Similarly, Aguaclara takes pride in designing all of its pieces and fabrics in Peru alongside local, expert artisans.
Both international brands share a passion for bringing their authentic culture to customers worldwide in the most exciting and luxurious cities of the world including St Tropez, Cannes, Antibes, London, Miami, Toronto and more. Together, they are excited to blend fashion, food and Peruvian influence this Miami Swim Week.
