Catwalk for Charity 2021 by Angels for Humanity
On Sunday, October 24, 2021, Angels for Humanity hosted the seventh annual Catwalk for Charity event. Nearly 500 guests were in attendance at the Ritz Carlton, Key Biscayne. This annual event helps the Angels for Humanity organization raise funds to help impoverished children with health and education. They have served children in the Miami area as well as Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and the Bahamas. The guest of honor at the event was Garcelle Beauvais from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and The View who was the Distinguished Humanitarian Award Winner. Other winners included Michael Capponi of Global Empowerment Mission, Frank Navarro, Patrick Joseph, and Dr. Marco Contreras.

Fashions were presented by celebrity designer Trang Phung whose fashions are well-received by trendsetters all over the world. They were often seen on high-profile celebrities and the press. Nardos Design presented beautiful evening wear and custom couture bridal gowns. Today, women from all over the world come to Nardo‘s atelier for her special couture experience. A live performance by The Gypsy featuring Jose Cortez brought the house down and had people dancing in the aisles. The show ended with their signature Angel-winged models by costume designer Juan Pablo. The annual Catwalk for Charity event never disappoints but this year they set the bar higher for Miami fundraising events.
