Song of the summer alert: LUM!X & LAWRENT's new single ‘Electric Love’

Billion-streaming 20-year-old LUM!X returns with ‘Electric Love’ a collaboration with ace French producer LAWRENT that is sure to be a contender for song of the summer, with an irresistible pop sensibility that recalls super-catchy indie classics like Capital Cities ‘Safe And Sound’ or Peter Bjorn and John’s ‘Young Folks’, while remaining fully dancefloor-ready.

One of dance music’s latest breakthrough acts, LUM!X has gathered extensive global acclaim and numerous international accolades all before the age of 20.

The fiery newcomer recently capped off a momentous career with another milestone representing Austria at the infamous Eurovision Song Contest with his track Halo as one of the first DJs to ever perform at the contest last year.

The song has subsequently won ‘Song Of The Year’ in the Austrian AMADEUS Music Awards, quite an achievement for an artist barely out of his teen!

The Austrian-Italian musician has amassed 30 Gold and Platinum certifications and over 1 billion Spotify streams for a unique energy-boosting sound that has seen collaborations with the likes of Chico Rose, KSHMR, James Blunt, Robin Schulz, R3HAB, and more.

Tracks such as previous singles with Gabry Ponte Thunder and Monster have collected over 353M Spotify streams and 262M Spotify streams while recent collaboration with DVBSS Where Do We Go has racked up over 12M Spotify streams.

Formerly of Sony RCA signed duo Royale Avenue (who’s opened for Maroon 5 and The Chainsmokers), London-based Parisian LAWRENT is one of the most in-demand producers of the moment, having credits on tracks by Cheat Codes, Lady A, Henry Moodie and many more across varying genres including dance, KPop, punk, pop and rock, With musical influences ranging from Daft Punk and Galantis all the way to Empire of the Sun and blink-182, his sonic landscape for this project can be described as anthemic, uplifting and euphoric, delivering feel good music that will stay timeless.
